He Brought His Mom To The Breakup

He brought his mom to the breakup dinner. She sat behind the table like a coach, then swooped in to physically collect her 26-year-old son when things didn’t go his way. That story alone is worth the listen, but it’s just the closer on a full lineup of worst breakup stories from listeners who have truly been through it.
We start with my post-Vegas reset routine and then jump straight into the chaos: dating a neighbor who won’t take no for an answer, revenge-loud hookups through the walls, and the very real reality of feeling trapped when you share a building with an ex. I also tell my own worst breakup story, where ending an engagement doesn’t end the control. Living together after the breakup turns into months of stress, threats, and the kind of messy logistics nobody warns you about when they say “just leave.”
Then we get into betrayal, humiliation, and the moments that permanently change how you see love: a Valentine’s Day flower delivery that exposes cheating in the most poetic way, a restaurant breakup that becomes a public sob-fest, and a confession that’s equal parts shocking and oddly hopeful because it ends with therapy and accountability. Along the way, we talk boundaries, emotional maturity, toxic relationship patterns, and why some breakups hurt most in the aftermath.
If you’ve got a gremlin story, a juicy piece of gremlin gossip, a mama’s boy or daddy’s girl saga, or you need a little gremlin guidance, come listen, laugh, and vent with us. Welcome And Drink Reset
SpeakerOkay, cheers guys. Emily, Emily to Grimly here with another solo episode. I want to welcome any new listeners we have and welcome back, all returning listeners. Thanks for tuning in. The episode Drink of the Week is a non-alcoholic drink. I will explain. I'm not doing the 75 hard. I'm not doing anything crazy like that. I just recently, yesterday, got back from Vegas for the weekend, and it we had a lot of fun. We drank a lot of drinks, and I am just feeling not my best. I feel like I look, Vegas is like a four-hour drive from Los Angeles where I live. It's not like we were traveling far and I was jet lagged or anything like that, but I feel jet lagged. And I still feel I don't feel hungover. I just feel kind of like, ugh, like I don't know. Just I need to feel better soon. I was going to make myself a drink for today, and then I was like, you know what? Like my body needs a reset. So this is a drink that I make myself all the time when I feel like I need to do like a reset. When I've been, you know, drinking a lot or just like out celebrating something. I always like to come back home and have this specific drink because it really just like flushes out your entire system and just like cleanses your liver and your kidneys, which is what I think I need right now because I'm sure my organs are in there being pickled and they just needed a breath of fresh air. So, in like this really big like jar dispenser thing that I have, I always put like a gallon of water in there and then brew a big pot of water and make a detox tea, a ginger tea, and a dandelion tea. I do two tea bags of each. Brew that, let that steep for a while, and then pour that in the gallon of water, and then I add fresh lemon juice and cranberry juice. It just makes me feel better. I call it my refresher drink. I don't remember why I call it that, because it's refreshing. I don't know. I saw this on TikTok from somebody, I don't know how long ago. It was a long time ago, like ages ago. Because I was making this like I I want to say like five years ago. I've been making it since, and it really just it really helps my body reset. It makes you pee a lot. So just be aware if you do make this, which I suggest anyone does, even if they're not trying to do like a body reset, just you know, it just helps helps you feel better, but it will constantly keep you running to the bathroom to go pee-pee. So stay nearby a toilet. Don't do it, don't drink it like when you're on a road trip or like coming back from Vegas or driving to Vegas because there's not a ton of rest stops along the way. Also, I said it takes four hours to go to and from Vegas if you're driving. That is technically somewhat true, but when we left here on Friday, it took us seven hours to get to Vegas, and it was the longest drive of my entire life. It was terrible. So just if you're gonna go to Vegas, plan ahead and have this refresher drink waiting for you when you get back because I'm telling you, it really does make you feel better. I've been drinking this like all day just to like get my body back to feeling better. And I mean, it's slowly working, but I'm just tired from the weekend. I like slept very little, so hopefully this will work. I'm sure tomorrow I'll be completely fine. But yeah,
Vegas Weekend And New Haircut
Speakerso refresher drink is our episode drink of the week. Um, for Vegas, I was there celebrating myself and my boyfriend's anniversary, and actually, it was our anniversary is technically today as I'm filming this right now, but today's Monday. I'm doing a very quick turnaround with this episode, so gotta get it moving. But we were there celebrating our anniversary. We had a really fun time. We stayed at um the brand new Vanderpump Hotel. It is gorgeous in there. And like, you know, when you go into a casino and the whole thing smells like smoke because everyone's in their chain smoking their cigarettes. It smells like flowers and perfume when you walk in. It was amazing. Like it the whole experience was great. The staff was great, the room was beautiful, like it was just felt like everything was really new and fresh, and just I don't know. I we had a great time. We stayed there um Friday, Saturday night, came home Sunday. Um, I took a ton of content videos, and it's just a matter of time for me to edit them and post them because I am the world's worst wannabe influencer. I take videos of everything, and then I post nothing. So I need it's because editing is such a pain in the fucking ass. Anyway, I will edit, I will post. Stay tuned for that. Um, and yeah, and also if you're watching on YouTube, you'll notice I finally cut my hair. I donated it to Locks of Love, and again, with that, I did take content of my hair and the before and the after and the this and the that. And I need to edit and post that as well. So yeah, I just it's I forever making content and then I need to put it together and then post it, and that I think takes like the longest part of it. I don't know. In my head, I feel like I need an assistant to do this for me when in reality I just need to stop being lazy and just like do it myself. But whatever. And for anyone who's just listening to this and not watching it, if you want to see my new locks, my hair is short. I wanted it this short just because it grows fast, but it is short, it's taking me like a minute to get used to it. I always do this every time I get my hair cut. I'm always like shell-shocked by the shortness of it, like on day three. But if you want to see it, you can go to YouTube and watch the episode. I encourage everyone to go watch the episodes anyway. But if you don't like watching podcasts, you can go to Instagram or TikTok because there will be the episode stills as well as the clips from this episode, whatever I decide to clip. We'll find out.
Why We’re Sharing Breakups
SpeakerOkay, and for this week, we are finally doing our worst breakup stories. I had been teasing this episode and putting it out there for all of you guys to submit your worst breakup stories, and we got some good ones today. Um, I don't know how many exactly we have. We have a decent amount. And there are guys, you guys have gone through hell and back, I swear. But this episode was inspired by a submission I got from Juni. Juni said, I thought it might be fun for all of us to commiserate over our worst breakups and make it an entire episode. I'm sure there are enough listeners who had horrible experiences, either as the victim or the perpetrator. Attached is my worst breakup story. If we don't laugh, we'll cry, so we might as well make some entertainment. Juni. So that is our episode this week, worst breakups, and Juni, your breakup story is in here. I made sure to include it. And yours might take the cake, babe, because I was shocked by it. Shocked is a nice word. So let's get started with our worst breakup story. This
The Neighbor Who Wouldn’t Quit
Speakerone comes to us from Isabel. And Isabel says, Hello there, longtime listener, first-time writer. I love listening to all these crazy gremlin stories. This story isn't the worst because of the breakup, but because of the aftermath. I had just moved into a new building and met a cute guy in the elevator. We discovered that he lived right above me. We flirted for like a month and then he asked me out. We dated for a few months, but he had a couple of annoying qualities I couldn't quite get over. So I ended things by saying I wasn't ready for a relationship and I hoped we could remain friends. He didn't take it too well. He was constantly pestering me, asking me out again, popping up and knocking on my door when he knew I was home. I finally had to tell him I just needed space because he was overwhelming me. He, of course, got mad that he was rejected again and then purposely began to be extremely loud at night. The worst was when he started bringing girls home and having sex with them really loudly just to make sure I would hear. At first I thought he was getting over our quote unquote breakup, but then I knew it was on purpose when I ran into him in the elevator and he apologized for quote having amazing loud sex with so many different women. I lied and said I didn't hear anything, even though you could probably hear him from 10 floors away. Well, I'm not even jealous. I just want peace and quiet. But I'm stuck living here until my lease is up, which is a couple of months away. And even then, I don't want to move because I love this building and my apartment. Hopefully he quits it soon or moves, but who knows? Let this be a PSA to all the girlies out there to stay safe and never date a neighbor. Isabel. Yeah, like dude, was get over it. Like, come on. You're gonna be that how loud kid is he being? I mean, look, I've had loud neighbors before, both neighbors that like you either have to share the wall with or upstairs neighbors. I swear, upstairs neighbors, they're the worst. It's like they put on clogs and just stomp around the house. It's bizarre. I'm sure they're not doing that, but it sounds like they are. But that's like insane to be having sex that loudly on a consistent basis. And just like get over it, grow up. Why are you being so weird and annoying about this? I just I don't know. And also, yeah, you really should never date a neighbor or someone who lives in your building. I feel like even possibly dating someone on like the same street as you could be like dangerous territory. Not because it's like legitimately dangerous, but because some guys are just really fucking weird. Or like, what if they're like stalkery or that I don't know. Look, I'm gonna let this one lead me into my worst breakup story because it's really the only one I kind of had something in common with. And even not really. I'm like really like stretching here. But I promised you guys I would talk about it, even though I feel like I have already. So I feel like I'm gonna be like repeating myself a little bit. So I'm just gonna do like kind of a cliff notes version. Also, it's not that fun of a story anyway. So yeah, I guess let's get into it.
My Ex-Fiance Wouldn’t Move Out
SpeakerUm, the only way I was able to kind of connect my story to this was when I my worst breakup was with my ex-fiance, and we had lived together for quite some time at that point. And I, after way too long of putting up with all of his bullshit and his abuse, both mental, verbal, emotional, physical, just just all around, just like a terrible person that he was. And I put up with it for a long time. I finally was like, look, I don't want to be with you anymore. I we're not engaged anymore. Took the ring off, just you know, I was like, we need to separate, we need to divide the very few things that we have together because also he was stealing my money, so it's not like we had to divide finances because he had taken a bunch of my shit anyway. That's a story for a different day, I guess. But anyway, he I told him he had to move out because he couldn't afford the place on his own. At that point, when I broke up with him, he did not have a job. The more I talk about this out loud, the more stupid I sound. But whatever, you know, we live and we learn. Yeah, he had no money, he was stealing my money, he didn't have a job, and he was just being like a total mooch and a leech, and I told him he had to leave. And he was like, But I don't have a place to go. And I'm like, Well, technically you could find a place to go, and also you're not my problem anymore. This is where my cutthroatness and separation and what others perceive as coldness kind of comes in handy because I really didn't allow him to make me feel bad over him quote unquote not having a place to go, even though he did, but whatever. But he really dragged his feet and I could I couldn't get rid of him, I couldn't get him to move out. We broke up, I don't even know when. It was like let's say early 2018. This bastard didn't leave until Halloween of 2018. So this was like months and months of us living together, but be not being together. And this was a one-bedroom apartment, it was a one-bed, one bath. So I was like, you can have the living room, like if you're gonna be like this, because I really had no legal recourse on how to get rid of him. My landlord was an ass and was like, basically, the eviction process is time consuming and costly, and it's just like I was like, eventually he's gonna have to like leave, right? What I should have done now, like being more mature, is I should have just cut my losses and talked to my landlord and been like, I'm gonna move out. So take my name off the lease. That way, when he is technically gonna be squatting, it doesn't affect my credit or screw up my ability to get a new apartment. That's what I should have done. And like if I could go back and tell myself that, I would because it would save myself a really big headache. Because that apartment, it wasn't like I love the building. I didn't, it like I had no like it there, I wasn't holding on to anything other than just being like prideful and saying, no, it's my apartment. I want to stay here. I should have just like cut my losses and moved, but I didn't, so I had to live with this terrible man for months and months and months after we broke up, and he made my life a living hell. He still thought he had the authority to ask me where I was going, who I was gonna be with, um, just anything and everything. And I remember, oh God, it was so embarrassing. I'm like so embarrassed to even talk about it. He showed up at my job when I stayed late to stayed late at my job. He showed up there and made a huge scene in the parking lot and was like screaming, asking why I wasn't home yet. It was it's probably my most embarrassing moment. And I I was yelling back at this fucking fool in the parking lot of my job. Luckily, I was well liked at that job, and people were aware of the circumstances I was dealing with, so they didn't think I was a nut job. I mean, I'm sure they thought I was nuts, but at least, you know, they didn't think I was just like a fucking straight up Looney Tune. It was just, it was so embarrassing. And it I feel like when was that? That had to have been like the summer of 2018, feels about right. And it was after that, it was just I had to just like really not speak to him anymore. And he was just constantly like threatening me, and at that time we had several pets together, so he was saying he was gonna take the pets, and that's one thing I was adamant about was that he was not taking those pets away from me. I those were my pets, they're mine, and he wasn't taking them. It was just like the biggest headache I've ever had to deal with. If my friend was going through the same thing I was going through, I would advise her to get the hell out of there and move and just take all her stuff and fucking let him figure it out. Because in the end of the day, when he finally did leave, he was able to go move in with somebody else, and he could have done that when we broke up, you know, 10 months earlier. So it was just the biggest headache. I hated that time, and that it was just like it 2018 was just like not the best year, mainly because he was such a fucking crazy person, and even like the reason why we I broke up with him was because he was just so mentally unwell from his own choosing, and I just couldn't deal with it, and I decided that I needed to choose myself over him because I had been, you know, taking care of him and catering to his ridiculous needs for way too long, and I just decided that I choose myself, I choose to love myself more than taking care of this guy who's making all the wrong choices in his life and then crying about how his life is terrible. Like if you got a grip and figured it out and were an adult, and he was older than me, so I don't understand why I was the mature one in the relationship, but if he could just fucking figure it out, he could go be a successful person away from me. But yeah, just I needed the separation when he finally moved. There were several instances where he did show back up at the apartment building, and it was chaotic. But luckily, he's been out of my life for many years now. I've completely cut all contact with him. So hopefully this doesn't get out there and get to him. I don't know. I'm worried that by talking about it, I'm bringing the energy back into my universe, and I don't want that. So I reject all negative energy from this, and like I don't wish him well, I don't wish him bad, I just wish him to be as far away from me as possible now and forevermore. So, universe, please listen to me and let's keep him away, keep him in the distance, and for all these other breakup stories as well, I hope they all stay super far away from you because having to deal with an ex is not fun at all. And that can transition us into our next worst breakup story.
Cheating Ex Caught By Flowers
SpeakerThis one comes to us from LaToya. LaToya says, Every time Valentine's Day comes around, I'm always reminded of my worst breakup. It's so unfortunate too, because I loved the holiday. Every year, my ex-husband would always send me a huge bouquet of lilies, my favorite flower, for any special day. My birthday or anniversary, Valentine's Day, etc. This particular Valentine's Day, I received a huge bouquet of sunflowers. I thought there might have been a mistake, but when I checked the card, it was in my husband's handwriting, but it was addressed to a different woman, and the card said, for lighting up my life in ways I never knew were possible. I asked him to meet me at home because I wanted to give him a special thank you for my flowers. He definitely thought he was going to get afternoon sex. He waltzed in the door, but as soon as he saw me standing next to the sunflower bouquet, I saw his soul leave his body. He quickly tried to explain that the florist must have made a mistake, but when I showed him the card with his handwriting, he knew he was screwed. Then came the apologies, the begging, the tears. I didn't care. I packed him a suitcase and told him to stay at his girlfriend's house. Turns out he couldn't do that either. She never knew he was married, and when she received my bouquet of lilies, she dumped his ass too. It was an extremely difficult divorce, but luckily I've been able to put it in the past, but Valentine's Day is still ruined for me. LaToya. On top of the fact that he was a dickhole for cheating on you, he has to put the cheesiest line I've ever read in my life for lighting up my life in ways I never knew were possible. Blow my brains out. Ew. And you know that had to do with the fact that sunflowers are sunny too. Good god. Um, I don't let it ruin Valentine's Day for you, LaToya, because you're gonna find somebody new who's gonna make you forget all about your asshole ex husband and those sunflowers. I also love that the other girl dumped him as well. Because good on her. I'm glad she was in the dark and didn't take his sorry ass into her house and he felt like he, you know, was still winning in life. I'm glad his entire Okay, the next submission is from Anna.
The Restaurant Breakup Meltdown
SpeakerAnna says, Oh my god. My worst breakup was with this whiny guy who was literally sobbing in the restaurant when I told him I thought we'd be better off as friends. We had dated for like two months, and while we were out to dinner, he was inviting me on his family's summer vacation to Jamaica. I told him I didn't think it was a good idea because I saw him more as a friend. You would have thought I told him his whole family had been murdered. He dissolved into this whiny, soppy puddle and was sobbing, asking, why? Half of the restaurant looked over concerned, and the other half was making evil eyes at me because I obviously did something horrible to this guy to make him cry. I was so embarrassed. I quickly threw some money on the table to cover my part of the bill and ran the hell out of there. Anna. Good lord. Oh my god. The sobbing? And you got okay, you dated for two months, and this guy was he was hooked. I don't know what you did to him, Anna. Not that I'm victim blaming, but good god. What's his deal? He needs a fucking Xanax or something. I don't even know. Two months, and already you're gonna vacation with him and his family to a foreign country? Hell no. Mm-mm. Alright. The next one is Anonymous.
The Stalker Twist And Accountability
SpeakerAnd we are gonna give Anonymous some grace because when I read this, I was like, heavens to Betsy. But she does take some accountability, so let's give her some grace while we read this story. Anonymous says, so this breakup was 100% caused by me. But please cut me some slack. This was before I was medicated and I was extremely unstable. I'm going to change the names to protect the innocent. I was dating this guy John for about six months. I became overly attached to him, even though he was sending me all the signals that he wasn't serious about me. I was also acting a little wild and clingy, and when he was trying to slow things down between us, he made the mistake of telling me I was acting crazy. You can never tell a crazy person they are crazy. So I took that to heart and figured if he thought I was crazy, I would show him crazy. I began stalking his family on Facebook and Instagram. I found his sister, Sara. I figured out where she bartended and decided to go in. I didn't really have a plan. I thought maybe I'd become friends with her and weasel my way back into his life, but she began flirting with me, and I'm a bi queen, so I saw my opening and took it. We started hooking up on a regular basis. I eventually took a very casual but intentional picture with her where we were kissing and laughing. I posted it on my story and she copied the post as well. Of course, her brother sees it on her profile, and he flips out. He blew up her phone asking why she was kissing me, and I played dumb, acting like I had no idea they were related. But later everything came to light about what I did, and they both blocked me. It was a wake-up call though that I needed help, so I began therapy. My baggage can't affect everyone around me, and my manipulative ways were extremely harmful and hurtful. Anonymous. Yikes. Yes. Okay, anonymous. I'm very glad you saw the error in your ways because what what would have hap like what if she didn't flirt with you? Were you just gonna become like besties with her and then hopefully get invited on a family trip to Jamaica? Like what um what were you gonna do? I don't wanna know, actually. I don't want to know. But I'm glad that you realized that what you did was not fair. It especially wasn't fair to the sister, to Sarah, because she was just an innocent bystander in this. She thought you were some hot girl at a bar and was flirting with you, and unfortunately, you didn't have great intentions with that. You were a little malicious, but I do love that you said it was before you were medicated and extremely unstable. And not only are you a bi queen, you are a very self-aware queen. So we're gonna cut you the slack. But that's that story is fucking crazy, girl. Good lord. Good story, though. I mean, I I love crazy stories as long as they don't happen to me. All right, the next one is from Claudia. Claudia
Heartbreak Crash And Hard Lesson
Speakersays, My worst breakup happened when I was 18 years old. I had just left my boyfriend's house after we broke up. I went to pick up the couple of things I had left at his parents' house before he was going to move away. I was a wreck and sobbing uncontrollably as I drove away from his house. We only lived about 10 minutes away from each other, and I was sort of on autopilot while I was driving and blasting our favorite song. Through the tears, I didn't notice I was running a red light. When the cars around me began honking, I quickly swerved and ran into a tree. Luckily, only my car was damaged and no one was hurt, including myself. But when the police showed up, I was still sobbing and an older policeman asked me what was wrong. When I told him, he gave me a sideways look and told me to buck up because no guy was worth all this mayhem that was caused by my tears. That statement snapped me out of it. He was right. My car was wrecked and it cost more money than I had at that time to fix it. My parents were pissed. So much inconvenience because a guy broke up with me to move away for college. It's been over 10 years, so I can laugh about it now. But young me was so naive. Claudia. You know, though, when you're 18, you really feel every emotion so heavily. Like it just it feels like it's the biggest feeling you'll ever have in this entire world. It's it's really it's weird how that works out. Like I could look back on, you know, how I acted about certain things when I was, you know, 16, 17, 18, even 19. I don't know. It probably the way I acted yesterday was probably stupid. But I'm just saying, like when you were when you're younger, you just feel like everything is just such a big deal, and like it's the end of your world, or it's the end of this. You just you feel like it's the end all be all. And you know, I looking back on it now, 10 years later, you're like, what the hell, lady? And that policeman was right, like all this over a guy when you're 18 years old. I mean, how many people end up with the person they were with when they're 18? When you're 18, though, you think you're gonna be with that person forever. That's the sad part, that's the naive part. But you know, luckily you weren't hurt, no one else was hurt, you didn't wreck anyone else's car, you wrecked your own car and your parents were mad. But I mean, I guess that's the the best case scenario for a car accident is minimal damage and no injuries. But yeah, when you're 18, you think everything's the biggest thing in the entire world. Okie dokie. The
Kicked Out Of The Car
Speakernext story is from Talia. Talia or Talia? I couldn't tell. It's spelled T-A-L-I-A. Talia. Talia. Girl, I'm sorry, I don't know which one it is, but I spelled it so you know it's you. Talia says. That is funny, and all that, all that about your safety and this and that, and go getting on his high horse, and then he just kicks you out of the car and you're still a half mile away from your destination. Like, okay, you didn't care about the safety all that much. You cared more about the fact that she possibly could have cheated on you that night. But according to this story, she didn't. So, like, come on, man, like get together. But that's the best line. Wait, I'm back here and I want to live. Well, girl, I can't say your name, but that was a funny ass story. And I'm sorry I couldn't decide how to say it. The next time you write in, maybe write it out like phonetically so I can see it. Cause I feel stupid right now that I'm struggling with it. Okay, the next submission is our last, and it comes to us from our girl, Juni, who inspired this episode.
The Mom Chaperones The Breakup
SpeakerThis one might be my favorite because it's so unhinged. This is what Juni had to say. Okay, this is my worst breakup story, but not because I was devastated, but because it was so awkward and weird. I had been dating this guy named Ethan. Yeah, that's right, I'm naming him, and he's lucky I don't write his last name as well. Anyway, I had been dating Ethan for about a year. At first, things were going great, but the last four months of our relationship we were constantly fighting. Mainly because I thought he needed to grow up. He was 26 years old and still living at his parents' house. When he would spend the night at my place, he would always call his mommy to let her know where he was, who he was with, and what time he would be home the next day. It was a bit much. We had just gotten into a fight about the same old thing, and I was about to leave for four days on a company retreat, so I told him I could talk when we got back. He decided to invite me out to dinner a couple of nights later and told me what restaurant to meet him at. When I get there, he's already at the table and we begin to have small talk. It's awkward and forced. It's ending, I can feel it. We order drinks and start talking about our relationship and how it's not working out. He says he doesn't think he can be with someone that is trying to change who he is and is jealous of his relationship with his family. I'm just sipping my martini, staring at him with my judgmental eyes. He then starts acting shifty and looking past me. I turn around and seated at a table behind me and diagonal from us is his fucking mother. She gives me a nasty look and nods towards her son. When I ask him why she's there, he says for support. I couldn't help myself and I started laughing and told him this entire thing was such a joke and pathetic. He immediately became defensive and said he felt sorry that I didn't have love in my life. And then his mother rushed to the table to collect her son. He jumped up and they walked out together with her arm wrapped around his shoulders and him cowering into her like he was just rescued from the Titanic. I just stared after them in shock and disbelief. And then I had to pay the check this motherfucker stuck me with. What a loser, Juni. Come on. That is ridiculous. Also, the Titanic reference, top notch. But like I can picture it too. He jumped up and she just like wrapped him in her arms as if she like put a blanket over his shoulder and then like they scurried away. What like cut the cord, guys? What is up? I feel like I'm getting more and more submissions by the day of the mama's boys. What's happening? What's going on? Are there a lot of daddies girls out there that are doing weird shit like this? Like, what's happening? Maybe that could be a new thing. Let's send in the mama's boys and the daddy's girls' weird submissions in honor of the fact that Father's Day just passed. Let's we could talk about that. If you guys have those kind of stories, send those in. Because what, like, what's up? I like I'm at a loss for words. I just I don't get it. Like, I I don't even know. I'm trying to figure out what to say. This is ridiculous. Like the constant checking in with his mother is just like that's red flag number one. And then he still lives with his mom. I'm assuming, well, she's you said parents, so he still lives at his parent house, but it's just like he like do you not want to be a grown-up and have independence? Or like is his plan to just live there forever and like find someone who's okay with it and then move that person in and they like live together with his parents? I'm so confused. And the immediate, like, he got so defensive, and he's saying that you're trying to change him. You're jealous of his the relationship he has with his family. You don't have any love in your life, dude. Like, I I don't know how I would have reacted in that scenario. I think I would have done what you did. Also, extra points for you, Juni, for sipping on your martini. Martini is amazing, with your judgmental eyes, while this guy is being coached by his mother from another table. Like, I just I can't. What's happening? Guys, write in. Send in your submissions if you've had to deal with mama's boys, daddy's girls, whether it was a relationship you had, whether it was you, and we might be judging you if it was you, but send those in, or if it was your friend who acts like this. I don't even care. Send those in because I'm just curious what the hell's going on. I thought that show that was on TL TLC? Yeah, TLC that I was telling you guys about, I love a mama's boy, was pretty out there, but it seems as though it's not, based on the multiple submissions I've gotten involving men who are basically still breastfeeding with their fucking mom. Because that is weird. I like I don't even know. But Juni, I think that was the best story. That's why I saved you for last, because that one cracked me up. I I couldn't believe it. And good good for you for getting away from this guy, even though you have no love in your life. Like, fuck off, dude. You're a weirdo. My god.

They are both still fully updated. I'm able to stay on top of it. Kind of. But I'm able to stay on top of it. And I need to just start like pushing out more content. I really need to get on my game because I still really want to grow this podcast to make it bigger and better. And social media is one of the quickest ways to do that. So I really need to get on my shit and just make it happen. I'm working on it, I'm trying, but if you have any suggestions, send those in.
